BRANCH MANAGERS

An opportunity to work for a market leader in the Commercial Vehicle sector and manage a busy and successful branch, whilst taking it to the next level. Your daily role will involve providing leadership, mentoring and management of a team of Parts Sales Advisors and Drivers alongside a Sales Representative. An Assistant Branch Manager will fully support your role and provide you with direct cover in your absence.

You will also get involved in actively supporting a local customer base and visiting workshops in support of your Sales Representative. Having a proactive and organised approach will assist you in operating an efficient parts store facility and ensuring that all relevant goods are correctly invoiced and accounted for via pre defined stock management systems. Your sales focused man-management style will allow you to ensure that service levels are kept high whilst motivating your staff.

Experience Required

* Commercial Vehicle industry experience is extremely beneficial
* Experience within a parts environment is desirable
* Self motivated individual with strong leadership skills - a must
* All Automotive Branch Managers and highly experienced Assistant Managers considered
* A full UK driving licence

ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGERS

An Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) offers front line management support to the Branch Manager in their absence and also manages the day to day activities in the Branch. You will have regular contact with customers handling queries both face to face and over the phone. Your supervisory skills and ability to work under pressure are key to this extremely important role within the Branch.

Experience Required

* Commercial Vehicle industry experience is beneficial
* Experience within a parts environments is desirable
* Self motivated individual with supervisory skills - a must
* All Automotive Branch Managers and highly experienced Assistant Managers considered
* Must be based within reasonable commute of the above location
* Experienced Parts Advisors who are looking to step up are encouraged to apply

PARTS ADVISORS

A Parts Advisor works closely in Branch to support the needs of the Customers including Fleets and Commercial Vehicle Garages. Your duties will include dealing with face to face and telephone enquiries offering friendly and helpful guidance. You will be a valued member of a lively team where you share ideas and support each in a busy environment. We encourage candidates from a Commercial Vehicle and Car background to apply. Experience Required

* Knowledge of Commercial Vehicle Parts is essential
* We will consider current or previous experience
* Good telephone manner and face to face communication skills is a must
* Must be a team player
* Must be based within reasonable commute of the branch
