30 hours per week for 30 weeks per annum, then 4 weeks
(or 120 hours) to be worked flexibly throughout the academic year
Salary: Grade 3 £8,467.93 - £9,685.22
(Pro-rata of £15,151 - £17,329)
The University College are looking to recruit a professional and proactive Bar Supervisor to run the evening bar operation.
The successful candidate must have a friendly and customer focused approach, with experience of working in a fast paced busy bar environment.
Experience of cellar management, bar service, cash handling, customer service and marketing of events is essential.
The postholder will work 5 days a week, flexibly over 7 days as the business requires and will include evening and weekend working.
BIIAB qualification or similar and being a personal licence holder is desirable
